Dry Mead
This DRY and LIGHT Mead is made by fermenting honey, and has very little residual sugar. HoneyRun Dry Mead is less sweet than many other meads, and goes well with white fish and shellfish. If you are looking for a sweet wine, try one of our fruit varieties: Blackberry, Cherry, Elderberry, Cranberry.
Our Dry Mead is ready to drink now. If you prefer to age mead, we have found the mellowed flavor of our Dry Mead to be unaffected by sediment. Serve chilled.
