SECURITY
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer a secure server, which uses software (SSL) to encrypt all information you input before it is sent to us. Honey Run Meadery will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. (In fact, mailing and fax lists are two of our pet peeves.)
TIME IN TRANSIT
If you need your order delivered a specific day, CALL US and email us at honeyrun @ honeyrun com before you place your order. If you order first, we won't see your comments or needs until your order is processed and your credit card charged during checkout.
HoneyRun Winery is located in Northern California: Delivery to Western States can take between 2 and 5 business days, allow 5 to 9 business days for middle States, and 8 to 12 business days for the East Coast. An adult signature over 21 years is required for wine. Sometimes the delivery date is sooner; please use the comment section to let us know of any time constraints that you have.
NOTE: UPS does NOT deliver on SATURDAY, nor do weekends count as shipping days.
DIRECT WINE SHIPMENTS
The States where we can send wine direct changes often. You can find the states we do ship to on our Order Page. Many States restrict the amount of wine that can be sold to a person/address per month or year.
We cannot ship wine to: people under the age of 21, addresses outside of the United States, military/APO addresses, PO Boxes.
Honey Run will NOT ship wine to under-age buyers: Delivery persons will check for proof of age 21 years or older for wine shipments. Consider using your work address for wine; delivery persons will not leave wine packages on the porch.
SHIPPING / TAXES
Prices for all our products are in US Dollars. Taxes and shipping are normally calculated during checkout. Shipping charges are based on weight. You can check the estimated shipping by selecting your delivery state on the Order Page and adding your order to the cart.
Your credit card will be verified and charged automatically during the ordering process.
Your shipping label is generated automatically from the information that you input on the order form. Please check your name, address, and card information carefully. If you have any time constraints or questions, please call 530-345-6405 and email honeyrun @ honeyrun com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please check your name, address, and card information carefully. Your credit card will be charged automatically during the ordering process, and your shipping label is automatically generated.
We pack orders within 2 days of receiving them, often on the same day. If you notice mistakes or need to make changes, contact us quickly. 530-345-6405 and honeyrun @ honeyrun com.
Orders that are canceled by the customer before the package is sent will be refunded minus $11.00 for the charges that we incur.
Orders that are canceled by the customer after the package is sent OR is returned by UPS (recipient refusal or absence) will be refunded minus $11.00 and the shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the wine within 60 days, please call 530-345-6405. Or return unopened bottles in the original shipping packaging, along with an explanation to: HoneyRun Winery 2309 Park Ave., Chico, CA 95928. We will refund the price of the bottles in question and the original shipping. Note that the US Post Office will not ship alcohol. If we have made a mistake on your order, call 530-345-6405 or email honeyrun @ honeyrun com, and we will make arrangements.
ORDERS BY MAIL OR PHONE
You may place your order by phone 530-345-6405. You can then pay by credit card, check, or money order.
