Recipe: Lisa's Lucious Salmon

I was introduced to this recipe on a circa 1930 schooner in Port Townsend, WA. The beautiful and convivial Lisa served this dish and it was memorable. Any of our wines will help in the preperation of this dish. Let's all make Julia Childs proud.You know the drill, everyone together now: "A little for the cook, a little more for the cook."


 

Ingredients: Pacific Salmon Filet, Hollandaise sauce, Fresh Cilanto, Curry, Fresh Raspberries.

Place salmon on a shallow baking dish. Mix a half teaspoon of curry into hollandaise sauce and pour down the center line of the filet. Sprinkle cilantro leaves over the sauce. Bake until done. Add fresh raspberries over the hollandaise. Serve with brown rice and a huge Romaine salad.
